Sanlatte has been certified and recognized by: Micro CAD Civil 3D training, Lewisboro Mapping, Chappaqua School District, Meadow Hill Subdivision, Chappaqua Planning Board requirements, i.e. and intermediate Revit from New York Institute of Technology.

Assistant Project Manager: 7/2020-Current
Freelance CAD work from home for different clients, including Civil Engineering, Architecture and Construction Documents for Site Design in Yorktown, NY and Gabrielle Salman Architect in Chappaqua NY.
Project Manager/CAD at Campbell Engineering: 12/2012-7/2020
Worked directly with PE to update, create and grade plans, topography along with storm water and septic systems in the Town of New Castle and North Castle. Used the GIS system to bring in topographic, and environmental information. Utilized Civil 3D Auto CAD to develop the most efficient & technological construction documentation, including profiles, sections and pipe networks. Office manager in charge of project schedule, proposals, invoices, setup, follow up and office administration.
Associates Manager at YMCA at Greater Miami: 10/2010-6/2012
Attended clientele by scheduling appointments and providing tours, answering questions and overcoming objections of potential fitness members. Responsible for administering and maintaining a positive workflow in the services office with the design and implementation of procedures that add to workplace efficiency. Started training for Boot Camp and CrossFit; including Spartan trips in between other races.
